The pods are filled with our house blend – the Captain – which we make from beans from Honduras, Peru, and Tanzania. The Arabica beans from the highlands of Peru and Honduras provide an exciting, chocolatey aroma, while the Robusta beans from Tanzania guarantee an extra kick of caffeine and a beautiful, long-lasting crema.
The Captain is balanced and harmonious, full-bodied and strong. Perfect for espresso, lungo, cappuccino or latte macchiato.
Compatible with all portafilter machines and 44mm ESE pod machines (e.g. Spinel, Faber, La Piccola)
Blend ratio: 60% Arabica – 40% Robusta
